ADHD and Autism Support for Adults

This work turns away from one-size-fits-all systems and centers your authentic wiring

Together, we focus on redesigning your environments and routines in ways that honor your sensory processing style and executive functioning traits.

If you’ve ever thought, “What if I stopped fighting my brain and started working with it?” you’re in the right place.

This is a collaborative, neurodivergent-affirming approach to care, shaped by both lived experience and a background in occupational therapy.

Many people arrive here burned out, overwhelmed by analysis paralysis, and questioning their abilities, not because they’re incapable, but because they’ve been trying to adapt to systems & environments that don’t fit their needs.

With support that honors how their brains actually work, they often begin to notice meaningful shifts within weeks:

• finishing projects they’ve been stuck on
• experiencing more stable energy across the day
• feeling calmer and more grounded in environments that once felt overwhelming
• understanding their executive functioning and learning how to work with it, rather than against it

As life starts to fit better, things tend to feel lighter, not because everything is fixed, but because there’s less friction and more self-trust.

If you’re curious about what this kind of support could look like for you, a discovery call is simply a space to explore that.

What our work together often looks like...

First, We Get Oriented to Your Unique "Factory Settings"

First, We Get Oriented to Your Unique "Factory Settings"

First, We Get Oriented to Your Unique "Factory Settings"

A glowing compass with a brain-shaped center in blue and red hues.

This is where we slow down & orient to what I call your Factory Settings: Your executive functioning traits, sensory processing style, and energy rhythms.

Factory Settings aren’t problems to solve. They’re guidelines for how you operate and how environments and routines affect you.

What this often brings:
Clarity, relief, and language for experiences you didn’t have words for.

Next, We Redesign & Curate Your Environments & Routines

First, We Get Oriented to Your Unique "Factory Settings"

Blue and orange butterflies glowing against a dark background in a swirling pattern.

Together, we curate your routines, environments, boundaries, and supports so they work with your brain.

Curate doesn't mean perfecting, it means tailoring what supports you and letting go of what doesn't.

What this often brings:
A growing sense of agency in daily life, more stable energy and flow.

Integration & Self Trust

Integration & Self Trust

Vibrant neon butterfly with glowing blue veins on black background.

With clarity and confidence, we refine what’s supporting you and build trust in your ability to adapt as things change.

This is where self-trust deepens, because even if you encounter novel situations, you understand your needs, boundaries, and you aren't afraid to name them.

What this often brings:

Sustainable yet flexible routines, & grounded confidence to adjust as your needs change.

Fit & Boundaries

This work is designed to support real movement, not long term dependence.

This support may be a good fit if:

  • You’re a late-diagnosed or self-identified neurodivergent (Autistic, AuDHD, or ADHD) adult
  • You’re done with support that pathologizes, centers willpower, or adds more pressure
  • You’re curious what it’s like to work with your brain instead of trying to "fix" it
  • You value reflection, experimentation, and process
  • You’re open to complexity, nuance, and paradox, especially in how you understand yourself
  • You’re finding that insight alone isn’t translating into the kind of tangible support you’re looking for
  • You’re open to exploring how your functioning and your environments exist in a symbiotic relationship

This may not be the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for a rigid program or a quick magic pill solution
  • You aren't ready for practical tools or strategies to try
  • You’re being pushed into coaching by someone else
  • You’re specifically seeking occupational therapy or insurance-based services.
  • Your primary concerns don’t center on neurodivergence or neurodivergent-related experiences
  • You’re seeking crisis support or intensive mental health care
(I’m happy to help you find appropriate resources)

A discovery call is simply a space to explore fit,  for both of us, with no expectation to continue.

Find Out if We're a Good Fit: Book a discovery Call

What happens next

If this resonates, the next step is a discovery call.

This isn’t a coaching session and it’s not a commitment. It’s simply a space to talk through what you’re navigating, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit, for both of us.

On the call, we’ll:

  • get a clearer picture of what’s been hardest lately
  • talk about what kind of support would actually be useful right now
  • name any constraints, boundaries, or concerns upfront
  • decide together whether it makes sense to move forward

You’re welcome to bring uncertainty, mixed feelings, or skepticism. You don’t need to be “ready,” organized, or confident for this conversation to be worthwhile.

If it feels like a fit, we can talk about next steps.
If it doesn’t, that clarity still matters.
